Counseling is, in essence, a short-term form of psychotherapy. During this process, our aim is to ameliorate your mental health by expanding your self-awareness and fine-tuning your communication skills. Together, we will enhance your self-esteem, map out your resources and problematic areas and materialize solid, pragmatic and applicable solutions.
Through our joint effort, your everyday life issues are addressed (work, school or family-related) and the process draws to an end once your goal has been reached.
