However, through it all, various themes arise that can be<br \/>common for all mothers, like taking on the role of caregiver, prioritizing<br \/>their child\u2019s needs and formulating expectations regarding maternity.<br \/>When moms\u2019 multiple roles and their everyday life\u2019s demands are added<br \/>to the mix, it\u2019s easy to imagine how sometimes a mother might fall out of<br \/>synch with herself. As a result, she might feel discomfort on a personal<br \/>level as well as in her relationship with her partner and children.<\/p><p>Our aim, through these meetings, is for mommies to get to know<br \/>themselves, to connect with their innate ability for self care and<br \/>compassion and to acquire the necessary tools to better cope with their<br \/>roles.
