From the moment of our conception, our brains and bodies are programmed to seek attunement and connection. Like a flower reaches for the earth, shoots for the sun and stretches towards water, we crave nurturance, safety and love from our romantic partners. When we overlook our ingrained, fundamental need for emotional attachment, we experience an acute sense of disconnection and isolation.
Dare to reach for others, for it radiates courage.
Dare to nurture your relationship, for it bears faith.
Dare to love, for this is how all things were created.
In my work with couples, I promote an open and respectful dialogue, framed in creative activities. Couples can address problems of mis-communication and everyday challenges through this process. The end goal is to reconnect to their inner truth as individuals, as well as that of their relationship.Â
